Macaroni Recipes: Mom's Chicken Curry
A yummy dish from my childhood
If you have never had curry, try this recipe. It has a mild curry aroma and taste, but it is still delicious!
What you will need:
- 1/2 cup chopped onion - I use yellow
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1/4 cup of butter
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 can of diced tomatoes (do not drain)
- 1/3 cup flour
- 1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tsp. curry powder
- 3-4 cups diced cooked chicken or turkey - I use three large chicken breasts and they are ...
